A Two-Day Workshop with Drew McCalmon "Every story begins and ends. The middle is where the magic happens." Great improv isn't just quick jokes — it's story. Over two afternoons, Drew McCalmon leads a hands-on workshop focused on the craft underneath the laughs: creating characters an audience roots for, discovering the arc hiding inside a scene, heightening the moments that matter, and landing an ending that satisfies — all without losing the spontaneity that makes improv fun in the first place. Through exercises, games, and scene work, you'll practice turning simple ideas into memorable stories from start to finish, and learn to trust your instincts along the way.
